PayPal Website Redesign

As a contract UX content designer for PayPal over 13 months, I refreshed website copy for the consumer, SMB, and enterprise segments of the site during a full redesign. I worked with designers to punch up the personality of the brand, telling a clear story on each page and incorporating SEO keyword recommendations throughout the copy. Every redesigned page went through multiple reviews with stakeholders and legal teams as well as a thorough QA process.
